The present general conditions of use govern the use of the Oeni application. This application is owned and operated by Oeni.
By using the application, you indicate that you have read and understood the terms of use and that you agree to abide by them at all times.
All content published and made available on the application is the property of Oeni and its creators. This includes, but is not limited to, images, texts, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything else that contributes to the composition of the application.
The minimum age for using the application is 18 in France, or the minimum legal age for consuming alcohol in force depending on the country. Users agree that by using the application, they are over 18, or the minimum legal age where applicable. We assume no legal liability for misrepresentation of age.

By posting publicly on the application, you agree not to act unlawfully or violate the acceptable terms of use listed in this document.
You also agree that your data may be used by Oeni to supply its database.
The data monetized in the application (ageing phases, food and wine pairings, etc.) is generated by algorithms owned by Oeni.
General and public data such as name, photo, appellations, structures, prices etc... are created by hand by Oeni, retrieved with information shared by Oeni users or retrieved via an algorithm and AI, before being double-checked by Oeni.
When you create an account on the application, you accept the following:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you use our application illegally or violate any acceptable terms of use.
Oeni or one of its employees will be held responsible for any problem arising from this application. However, Oeni and its employees will not be held responsible for any problems arising from any improper use of this site.
As a user, you hereby indemnify Oeni from and against any and all liability, costs, causes of action, damages or expenses arising out of your use of this application or your breach of any of the provisions set forth herein.
This document is subject to the laws applicable in France and aims to comply with its necessary rules and regulations. This induces the EU-wide regulation set out in the RGPD.
If, at any time, any of the provisions set forth herein are found to be inconsistent with or invalid under applicable law, such provisions shall be deemed null and void and shall be removed from this document. All other provisions shall remain unaffected by such laws, and the remainder of this document shall continue to be considered valid.
30-day trial period. The premium subscription is offered free of charge for a 30-day trial period, allowing users to discover all the application's premium features.
End-of-trial reminder. Before the end of the trial period, a reminder e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address associated with the user account by the App Store or Play Store, depending on the registration platform.
Automatic renewal. Unless terminated before the end of the trial period, the premium subscription will be automatically renewed as a paid subscription, debited to the payment method associated with the user account.
Cancellation and termination. Users may cancel their premium subscription at any time:
Refunds. For Play Store users requesting a refund directly from us, please contact us using the email address associated with your Play Store account. We will process your request as soon as possible. For iOS users, the refund request must be made directly to Apple from the user's App Store account settings.
These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our application and the way we expect users to behave on our application. We recommend that our users check these terms and conditions from time to time to ensure that they are aware of any updates. If necessary, we will notify users by e-mail of changes to these conditions or post a notice on our application.
